  2. Solar panels system for hot water, lights etc -  Rs.12,00,000/-
  3. Service lift to carry food & goods from kitchen in ground floor to 1st floor - Rs.5,00,000/-
  4. Limited rooms giving 30 days per year free accommodation - Rs.5,00,000/- (Few rooms left now).
  5. Mahadwaram (Main Door) made of Teak Wood with Panduranga Carving - Rs.3,00,000/- Donated.
  6. Drinking Water Purifier 2000 Liters - Rs.3,00,000/- Donated.
  7. Pooja mandir inside the building including Panduranga and Mata Rukmini idols - Rs.2,00,000/- Donated.
  8. Construction of "Annapurna Shala" (Kitchen + Dining Half) in the Ground Floor - Rs. 30,00,000 /-
  9. Construction of "Bhojana Shala" (Dining Half) in the First Floor - Rs. 25,00,000 /-
  10. Each floor ( To construct G+3)flooring - Rs.2,00,000/- (For 1st floor, A Donor paid).
  11. Participation in electrical, plumbing, carpentry work - Rs.2,00,000/-
  12. Water coolers - 2 Qty(Each Cost) - Rs.1,25,000/-
  13. Bore with motor - Rs.1,00,000/- Donated.
